Can I return an item?

Yes, as long as the lead is unused and in the Fetch Gear box.

How do I return an item?

To return an item please email sales@fetchgear.co.nz and provide the following information:

Reason for return (e.g. change of mind, faulty, etc.)
If the item is faulty please attach a photo of the item.
Whether you would like a refund or exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value?

Are Fetch Gear leads chew proof?

No, our leads are not chew proof. Dogs should always be supervised when with our leads to prevent chewing.

Will a slip lead stop my dog from pulling?

Slip leads can be a very powerful tool in helping reduce/stop pulling if used correctly and with the proper training techniques. To learn how to correctly use our slip leads check out our instructional videos at youtube.com or consult a professional dog trainer.

Slip leads are not guaranteed to solve your dogs pulling, and should be treated as a tool, not a definite fix.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

We aim to have each order shipped within 3-5 working days.

Do you ship to rural areas?

Yes, we do, however rural deliveries incur extra costs.

Do you ship overseas?

For overseas customers, please contact us at sales@fetchgear.co.nz to place an order. International delivery charges will apply.
